DEMO SIMULATION · PAPER ONLYRule-based crew personas, not live AI agents. Real public quotes, simulated fills. $40 paper bankroll, no real money, no wallet, no orders.

The War Room

Six crew personas argue about what to buy, when to get in, and when to get out. A paper trade happens only when all six vote yes. One “no” and nothing happens. Every vote and every paper fill is logged with a timestamp.

Not a signal service and not a track record. A coin showing up here is not a buy call. Our Lab has tested 249,566 configurations and none has been promoted to live trading, and costs run ~4.8–6.9% round trip, so treat this as a show, not an edge. NFA · DYOR · could go to zero.

    House rules (hard caps)

    • Paper only. The $40 bankroll is simulated. Nothing here is connected to a wallet, holds a key, or can place a real order.
    • Simulated crew. The six members are fixed, public rules written as personas (listed above). They are not independent AI agents and don’t learn.
    • Unanimous or nothing. Motion 1 picks the coin, motion 2 picks the moment, and the exit debate runs every round. Any single NO blocks the trade.
    • Pre-committed exits. At the stop (-8%), the target (+12%) or the time stop (60 min) every member is bound to vote EXIT, so a hard exit is still 6–0.
    • Size. At most 25% of paper equity, one position at a time, $2 always held back for costs. Never “max ape”.
    • Daily brakes. New entries stop for the UTC day after a $4 paper loss or 6 entries. 15 min cool-down after a loss, no revenge re-entry into the same coin for an hour.
    • Quotes. Real public prices from DexScreener, fetched by our server, for a fixed watchlist only: BONK, WIF, POPCAT, MEW, BOME. Fills are simulated at the quote ±3.45% per side (~6.9% round trip, the Lab’s small-size estimate). No quote = no vote = no fill.
    • When it runs. The crew takes at most one round every 30 s, and only while someone has this page open. No background bot. If nobody is watching, a stop can fill late and lower (gap risk).
